Swedish Chocolate Balls

What you need: 

100 g vegan margarine
1 dl sugar (or sugar substitute)
3 dl oats
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons cold coffee
pearl sugar or coconut flakes

What you do: 

1. Melt margarine over low heat.
2. Mix oats, sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar in a bowl until blended.
3. Add the coffee and the melted butter, and make a "dough".
4. Make small round balls and roll each ball in either pearl sugar or coconut flakes.
5. Chill for some time before enjoying for best taste.
