Sweet and Sour Macaroni Vege
1 can of chrushe'd tomatoes (750 g / 28 ounces)
frozen vegetables (790grams, carrots,pinapple,red pepper,onions)
1 pkg tofu chrushe'd or chopped finely (454 grams)
1/4 cup tamari sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 cup of ketchup (Heinz or favorite brand)
1 tablespoon de sugar
Pepper and salt to your taste
3 tablespoon dried basilic
1 med. onion
2 branch celery
macaroni (cooked, quantity your choice)
Sauté onion and celery in a bit of oil. Add the frozen vegetebles, tofu, canned tomatoes and mix.
Swing in the rest of the ingredients except tamari (keeps vitamins better if not cooked, so add at the very end) and macaroni.
Mix in cooked macaroni, quantities to your taste...
You can gratiné with vegan cheese.
