Sweet Banana Shake

What you need: 

1 banana
1-2 cups soymilk (or other milk substitute)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoon maple syrup

What you do: 

Stick everything in a blender until frothy.
I always eyeball my amounts so these are approximations, use as much or as little as you like! If you want a cold smoothie, keep banana pieces frozen in a plastic bag for quick smoothie making.
