Sweet Cherry Rosemary Vinaigrette

What you need: 

1 cup sweet cherries, pitted
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
few dashes salt
water to thin, if desired

What you do: 

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth, adding water if a thinner consistency is desired.
2. Refrigerate several hours to chill and let the flavors meld before using.
This keeps well for 3-5 days.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This sounds phenomenal !! If i can ever afford cherries, I am surely going to make this with the fresh rosemary growing in my yard... mmmm.... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
