Sweet Pepper and Pineapple Noodle Delight

What you need:

2 cups elbow macaroni
3 cups orange juice
1 can crushed pinneapple
2 roasted red bell peppers
olive oil
lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
seasoning may also include chili seasoning, cumin, and cayenne pepper

What you do:

In a baking pan or a cookie sheet, cut your bell peppers in halves and drizzle the olive oil over them. Make sure you pull the seeds out of course. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and throw them in for about a half hour. Depending on your oven they could be done sooner or later, so it's always good to keep an eye on it.
Boil a pot of water on the stove for your macaroni. Throw them in for about ten minutes, drain and rinse when done. Use the pot now for your orange juice mixture. Throw the remaining ingredients in and let this sit on the stove at about medium heat until hot. This includes the roasted red bell peppers.
You can leave out the seasonings if you like. It's still good. Very sweet and filling.
Source of recipe: I modified this recipe, I got it off the web somewhere long ago but I don't remember where. It was basically chicken in orange juice with a can of pineapples thrown in, but overtime it began to change. The preparation time is at 30 minutes if you want to roast your peppers first before you start cooking everything else.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I knew this would be kind of strange, and it was, but not bad. Even with the spices, it's hard to forget that you're eating pasta in hot juice. I think some soy sauce, a little sugar, and maybe a thickener (cornstarch?) would help it seem more like an orange sauce than a juice blend.
