What you need: 

2 cups bulgar wheat (can be found in health food stores)
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon margarine
2 med. tomatoes, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced, can use leaves also
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 stalks green onion, can use leaves
1/2 a head of lettuce or a bunch of big pieces of banana leaves

What you do: 

In a pot put in the 4 cups of water, margerine, and bulgar wheat. Turn stove to High and let boil. Then cover and simmer on Low for 15 min. Drain rest of water out and let cool. In a bowl, or same pot, mix in the lemon juice and olive oil. Then mix in the rest of the ingrediants. Refridgerate for at least 30 min. Before serving, take a spoonful of Tabouli and wrap in a lettuce leaf. Continue on. If you choose to use the banana leaves boil first in water and then wrap. Next step is to enjoy the delicious meal.
