Taco Seasoning - Sonora-style

What you need:

9 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon powder, optional
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
