Tater Tot Casserole
vegan ground meat substitute (MorningStar Farms)
1 bag frozen mixed veggies (corn, greenbean, carrot, lima)
1 can cream vegan mushroom Soup (Annies)
1 bag tater tots
Lightly grease the bottom of a casserole/baking pan. In the pan mix the ground beef substitute with the can of soup and spread in a layer across the bottom. Then pour the frozen veggies on as a second layer. Last, make a top layer of tater tots in the pan. Bake following the directions for the tater tots or until the tots are nice and crispy. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
