Thai Peanut Stir Fry

What you need: 

1/2 Cup Agave Nectar

1/2 Cup Organic Peanut Butter

6 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos

4 Tbsp Brown Rice Vingar

4 Tbsp Cold / First Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

6 Cloves of Organic Garlic (Minced)

2 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger Root

2 tsp of Ground Cayenne Pepper

And Additional 2 Tbsp Of Sesame Oil for the Stir Fry

What you do: 

Mix all ingredents listed above except Additional Sesame oil together with wire whisk. (Stir well, the peanut butter can settle at the top) Stir again before adding to stir fry. Now, Pick whatever veggies and noodles you'd like. I used Brocolli, Cabbage, and Rice noodles. Prepare as directed for noodles and heat 2 Tbsp of additional sesame oil in a stir fry pan or wok. Heat veggies to desired "Tenderness".add the noodles, make sure there well coated with Sesame oil. Then, it's time for the
Sauce :Add 1/2- 3/4 the whole mix made to hot veggies. Depending on how much sauce you like. Cook for an extra 1-2 minutes. and there you have it. Yummy vegan peanut sauce.
