Three-Minute Cinnamon Apple Bagels

What you need: 

1 bagel, halved
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use Peanut Butter & Co's cinnamon raisin swirl)
1 tablespoon raisins, optional
1/2 apple, sliced thinly
pinch cinnamon or cinnamon sugar

What you do: 

1. Spread both slices bagel with peanut butter. Top with raisins.
2. Dust with cinnamon and pop in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (time will vary widely). Let sit for just a few moments and serve warm.
For the apple, I like to use a sharp knife and slice it starting from the side (as you would an onion) rather than chopping it into wedges. This method helps keep the fruit cook better and also prevents it from falling off the bread.
