TLGS Rocky Mountian Chili

What you need: 

1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1-2 chopped onions depending on likes and size
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 cup of sliced olives
2 table spoons of taco seasoning (powdered)
1-2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 table spoon of MRS. Dash
1 table Spoon of salt
1 scooped out (small scoops) avocado (optional)
2 tomatoes (chopped)

What you do: 

Basically chop every vegetable up and put all the beans and tomato sauce in the pot... cook them all in their own Juices for 1 hr ... it brings out the taste... but also make sure to add all the seasonings right away as well! Cook on high... till you bring to a boil... then put on a low setting ...but still allowing a slow boiling point... stir periodicals... like every 10 minutes...... let it cook for 1 hr.. then serve! Its the best chili I personally have ever eaten... and i just recently became a vegetarian! Enjoy!!!!
