Toasted Grains

What you need: 

2 cups rolled oats
2 cups spelt flakes
1 cup millet
1cup slivered almonds
1/2 -1 cup seeds (pumpkin and sunflower are both good)
1/2 cup zant currents or real currents (if you can get them) raisins are too big
cinnamon to taste

What you do: 

Pull out your largest cast iron skillet (if you have one of course). Combine 1st 5 items on list in skillet and toast over medium heat stirring continuously for 7-10 min. Now add cinnanmon and continue as before. When you can smell the cinnamon, add currents, mix through, and remove from heat. Let cool, then place in an air tight container. Serve 1/2-1 cup with soy, rice, or nut milk of choice.
This is filling and doesn't taste like dirt.
