Tofu Meat Ball Sandwich

What you need: 

1 package firm tofu
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pita pocket
1 handful bread crumbs
cayenne to taste
2 tablespoon minced onion
vegan mozzarella (opt)

What you do: 

Mash tofu and mix with everything except tomato and pita. Shape into balls. ( should make 7-15 depending on size) bake on greased cookie sheet for 35-40 min. on 350 degrees. Wile baking pour tomato sauce into pot and simmer. Remove balls and place directly into pot with tomato sauce. Simmer an additional 10-15 min. Serve alone or in pita pocket with vegan motz.
