Tofu Pate

What you need: 

1 (12 ounce) package soft or medium tofu, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or parsley flakes
4 teaspoons vegan chicken-flavored seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

1. Crumble tofu. You may use firm tofu but it's a little harder to crumble.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Chill and serve with crackers or as a sandwich spread.
It's fast and delicious!
