Tomato Cabbage and Noodles

What you need: 

1/2 head of cabbage
spaghetti noodles (broken up)
can of tomato soup
1 onion, diced
minced garlic
olive oil
pinch of cayenne pepper
approx. 2 tablespoons vegan margarine (Earth Balance)
a few dashes tamari
salt and pepper to taste

What you do: 

Boil spaghetti noodles. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, add cabbage, and cover. Cook til cabbage gets kind of soft. Add remaining ingredients, and a little water if its not saucy enough. I usually cover it and let cook on low for about 15 minutes. add pasta, stir and serve.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

well i added green peppers, and used fresh tomatoes instead of can.  Just cook them down add the cabbage and its contents to the pot.  I also added italian seasoning, a lil vinegar and organic ketchup.  it was delicious.  I fixed some homemade garlic fries on the side and my boyfriend tore it all up.... Thanks for the starter  :-D
