Tomato-Cheese-Pickle Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices of your favorite bread
1 med. beefsteak tomato (or your favorite kind of tomato)
1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite fat free Italian dressing
bread and butter pickles – as many as you like – preferably sugar free
1 slice vegan cheese
cooking spray
garlic salt
pepper (ground)

What you do: 

Set oven on BROIL and preheat to 500*
Sprinkle desired amounts of garlic salt and pepper on one side of both slices of bread. Spray cooking spray on top of the seasoning. Place on a baking sheet in the oven and broil till desired texture (howe'ver you like your toast).
Slice tomato and arrange desired amounts on both slices of bread. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of dressing on tomatoes. Put back into over and let broil till tomatoes are warm, approximately 1-2min. take out of oven and place slice of vegan cheese one side of sandwich and return to oven. Let cheese melt till it looks like it has been drizzles over the sandwich. Take out of oven.
Drizzle a little more dressing and a little pickle juice over the non-cheese half. Then arrange desired amount of pickle on sandwich. Carefully put the two sides together and enjoy!
