Tomatoes and Okra

What you need: 

1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 ounces frozen okra
16 ounces chopped tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

What you do: 

1. Cook the onion in the olive oil until the onion looks moderately clear.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. The okra is done when tender.
