Uber Scrumptious Ricey Delight

What you need:

1 cup of uncooked brown rice
1 can of black beans
1 cup of frozen corn, thawed
a dash of cumin, garlic salt, onion powder, fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon Braggs (or soy sauce if you don’t have it)
1 tablespoon of Engivita Yeast (The yellow nummy yeast, not regular kind)
1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)

What you do:

Cook rice. Personally, I've burnt every pot of rice I ever attempted to make, so I take the short route and use a rice cooker.
Whilst rice is cooking, mix up beans, spices (except the yeast), and hot sauce with the thawed corn.
When rice is ready, pour a bit o olive oil on it and then stir it up with the beans. After that add the Engivita yeast and Braggs and give er a good stirrin.
MMMMMmmmmm! This also makes super-fantasmic burrito filling as well.
Note: You might want to increase amount of yeast, Braggs, or hot sauce to your liking. If ye fancy it mega-cheesy like, make sure to add the olive oil and lots of the yeast.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I've just finished eating this ricey delight. I must say that it is really quick and easy to make. Although the directions didn't specify, I always rinse my canned beans. I did not use the garlic powder, just added more onion powder to mine. Also, because my children do not like spicey foods, I only added 1 tsp of hot sauce. Other than that, I followed the directions as given. I served mine like a taco salad because my children LOVE taco salad. This was good and quite filling. Thanks for sharing!  ;)b LOL, my son (4y.o.) just came and asked for seconds.  :)
