The Ultimate Yummy but Healthy Granola

What you need: 

6 to 8 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup pecan flour
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup pumpkin seed
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup walnuts and or pecans
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 to 2 cups water

What you do: 

Combine all dry ingredients, then combine all wet ingredients in large stock pot. Stir wet ingredients (except water) over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add dry ingredients. Add water until it makes clumps (if you want it chunky don't add more water). If you want it less chunky continue to add water until it doesn't clump anymore.)
Spread in clumps on a baking sheet at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Check and stir every 15 minutes until golden brown

SO HOW'D IT GO?

never heard of pecan flour. couldn't i just grind pecans in a food processor?

That is one way I do it. Another way is I make pecan milk (the same as one would with almond milk) then dry the pulp in either the dehydrator or oven at a very low setting. Once dry completely grind up in the food processor.
