Veg-Out Sandwich

What you need: 

2 thin slices avocado
1 slice nondairy cheese
lettuce leaves
1-2 slices tomato
1/4 cucumber, sliced lengthwise
spicy mustard, to taste
sprouts
2 pieces bread

What you do: 

Put all ingredients into bread.
