Vegan Carrot and Sesame Burgers

What you need: 

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup black beans, cooked
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup almond meal/flour
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a skillet, sauté the garlic in a tablespoon of oil, then add the onions. In a mixing bowl, mash the beans and mix in all the ingredients except for the spices. Add spices and mix well.

2) Shape burgers and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
