Vegan Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

What you need: 

sea salt, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
8 slices homemade seitan
ground black pepper, to taste
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
2 hoagie buns
vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced, to taste

What you do: 

1. Sprinkle the salt on the skillet and allow to heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, then seitan. Fry both sides.
2. Sprinkle sea salt on another skillet. Place over medium heat. When hot, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and black pepper. Place green bell pepper and onion in pan; cook until onion is translucent.
3. When everything is done in both skillets, layer seitan, then onions and green peppers onto each hoagie bun and top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Microwave to melt cheese (if you have a better way to melt, go for it!).

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm going try this I have been drooling over it a while.I'm gonna melt my cheese in the oven on the bun.Will let u know how goes.
