Vegetable Soup

What you need:

1 full box of Vegan "No-Chicken Broth" (I used Imagine brand, I think)
mini radishes
mini carrots
5 or 6 celery stalks
basmati rice
2 potatoes
salt (just a teensy pinch)
garlic powder
black pepper
onion powder

What you do:

First boil the rice separately.
While the rice is cooking, cut up the vegetables.
Warm the broth up a tad.
When ready dump all of the cut up potatoes, celery, carrots and radishes into the warm broth. After the vegetables are softened a bit, dump in the finished rice. Let simmer for a tad bit. Enjoy.
Make sure you put the rice in at the end.
Once, I put the rice in when I dumped in the rest of the vegetables. BIG mistake. It soaked up most of the broth and made the soup a bit more creamy. It definitely wasn't as good as it could have been had I put the rice in later. Either way it was pretty good, and smelled fabulous :] I gave it a 3 1/2 with it being a bit too creamy. More like a stew than a soup. But I swear, I tasted it before it got creamy and weird- definite 5!
Source of recipe: I was craving soup. And cooking. This is what came of it.
