Veggie Energizer

What you need: 

1 cup cold, filtered or bottled water
1 carrot, cut into large pieces
1 stalk celery, cut into large pieces
1/2 apple ( I love McIntosh)
1" piece fresh ginger, peeled

What you do: 

In a high powered blender (Buy a VitaMix, I've had mine for years and love it.), blend all ingredients until smooth.
Whenever I feel sluggish I whip up one of these and I feel better almost immediately. Enjoy!
