Veggie Fried Rice

What you need: 

1 cup uncooked rice
1 vegetable bouillon cube
3 large carrots, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
olive oil, as needed
1 pound veggie burgers (I use NYs Famous/VeggieLand Veggie-Burger), crumbled
1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon chile powder

What you do: 

1. Cook rice according to package directions, adding bouillon cube to water before cooking. Microwave carrots on high for 3 minutes. Saute onion in oil for 2 minutes in large pan; add crumbled veggie burgers and brown evenly.
2. Add carrots and saute two minutes. Add green beans and saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and saute 2 minutes. Add all seasonings, stir well.
3. Add rice to pan, combine with ingredients. Let sit and cook 5 minutes. Stir and let cook, 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
