Veggie Stir fry

What you need: 

2 cups mixed veggies (parboiled)
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 small onion chopped
salt & pepper to taste
fried noodles to serve

What you do: 

Use a wok or a skillet. Heat oil with some crushed garlic. Add chopped onions till transparent. Add the parboiled veggies, tomato sauce, soya and stir fry on high heat. Finish off with salt & pepper and serve on a bed of crisp fried noodles.
