SO HOW'D IT GO?

You know, I usually use a recipe from my mom that's all healthy and wheat-germy. It's good, but has a lot of ingredients, time, and healthiness. This was simple, good, and got eaten in 2 days. I'm sure you can make this one healthy if you want, but I liked this sugar/white flour treat. And oh so simple!

I almost forgot to review these!!

I hadn't had a blueberry muffin for years, before I went vegan. I had this mad craving for months before I finally decided to bake them. I substituted whole wheat flour and used cane sugar. They came out perfect!! And I'm picky about my baking. My brother REALLY dislikes blueberry muffins, but he had one, and LOVED it!!! He said I got the texture and sweetness perfect. A week later, they were still tender and soft. I'll be using this recipe often  :)>>> Thanks!!

These muffins are amazing!  I used brown sugar and 50/50 white/wheat flour, and they were delicious.  So good, they were all gone by the end of the day (my non-vegan roommates loved them)
