Very Simple Veggie Sausage Avocado Sandwich

What you need: 

2 or 4 slices of your favourite toasting bread
veggie sausage patties
1 mashed or sliced avocado
cheddar soy cheese slices, optional
vegan margarine

What you do: 

Toast and butter the bread.
Heat veggie sausage patties in meantime. I usually manage at 30 to 90 seconds in the microwave.
Pile everything inbetween toast and enjoy!
I usually cut the toast and veggie sausages in half. I find the sandwichse easier to eat that way. They can be quite messy with lots of slippery avocado pieces flying about at times.
