Walnut and Pine Kernel Loaf

What you need: 

500g wholemeal flour (you can also use plain flour)
300ml warm water
7g dried yeast sachet (or about 25g fresh yeast)
2 Tablespoons preferably Québec maple syrup (or agave juice)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
10 crushed walnuts
1 sachet 50g pine kernels

What you do: 

This is a recipe I got from my mum, she makes this bread in winter whenever I go home and I love eating it with jam or hummus. (I have posted a wicked recipe for hummus in the dip section).
