Warm Cannellini bean dip pitas

What you need:

7 ounces cannellini beans
splash soy sauce
1 tablespoon yeast extract
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
sprinkle paprika
2 pitas, split
finely chopped salad (I used red onion and yellow pepper)

What you do:

1. Using a fork, mash beans with garlic, soy sauce, yeast extract, oils, and paprika.
2. Place some salad on pita, then bean mixture, then more salad.
3. Place in the toaster and toast. Eat when pita is crunchy and bean dip is warm and creamy.
