Warm Mustard Vinagrette

What you need: 

2 cloves minced garlic
2/3 cup great olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
1 tablespoon gourmet mustard
1 good squirt tamari

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together in glass container. Nuke for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over mixed greens alone, or mixed greens on a bed of rice. Also really good with burrito-type things.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I keep this dressing on my counter all the time.

I personally don't like a lot of oil so I put less then a 1/3cup and I still felt it was overpowering the dressing so I added more balsamic and little red wine vinegar and more mustard.  Also some basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme and marjoram seasoning. It turned out pretty good - I'm sure I will make it again.
