Warm Spicy Bean and Hummus Sandwich

What you need:

1 vegan spicy bean burger
1 to 2 tablespoons of hummus
1 teaspoon vegan buttery spread (optional)
4 thick slices of granary bread

What you do:

Fry the bean burger in a little oil until brown on both sides. While its cooking, use a knife or fork to cut it open to make sure the inside is cooked as hot as the outside.
When the beanburger has cooked, remove from heat.
Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of the buttery spread and some hummus.
On a plate, mash the beanburger and then spread over each slice of bread. Sandwich the sides together to make 2 servings of the sandwich.
Try using different flavours of hummus, such as lemon or red pepper for a seriously tasty sandwich!
