Warm to the Toes Cocoa

What you need:

2 cups nondairy milk
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons organic sugar
Ground cayenne
Ground cinnamon

What you do:

The warm spices in this hot chocolate will heat up more than your tummy. Be an awesome person and make it for someone you like while they shovel the driveway.
1) Warm nondairy milk in a small saucepan until it's hot, not boiling. Lower heat.
2) While stirring, add the cocoa powder and sugar. Once dissolved, add a pinch of cayenne and a shake of cinnamon. Taste. The cayenne should be just obvious enough to tingle your tongue a bit. If desired, add spices to your taste and pour into mugs. A shake of cinnamon on top is a nice touch.

Mmmm Looks tasty! Now all I'm missing is the snow... I actually miss the snow! It is so nice to come in from a cold, blustery, snowy playday. With cold toes and nose, red cheeks and wet hands to find a steaming warm, to hot to drink cup of Hot Chocolate... Ahhh the memories!
