1 3/4 cups textured soy protein chunks
15oz vegetable stock
1 small can diced green chilies, drained
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons diced onion
2 cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
In a medium saucepan, simmer textured soy protein chunks in veggie broth until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 8-10 minutes.
