Whole Grains & Dried Sweets
2 cups rolled oats
4 tablespoons quinoa
2/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried apples
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup dried bananas
nondairy milk, to taste
1. In a medium sauce pan, soak oats and quinoa with 3/4 cup water overnight. In a small saucepan, soak all dried fruits with water to cover, overnight.
2. After soaking, bring both to boil, stirring grains constantly, and allow each to simmer 10-15 minutes.
3. Spoon oats and quinoa into bowls, and then spoon fruit and drizzle sauce on the grains.
