Wilted Spinach and Garlic Salad

What you need: 

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 pound spinach, fresh
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

What you do: 

Heat oil in large pan. Mince garlic and sautee in oil for about 45 seconds.
Add spinach and cook about 2 minutes (until just wilted).
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds!
Nutritional value: 65 calories per serving
