Yummiest Bean Burgers

What you need: 

2 cup refried beans
1 cup brown rice
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup oats
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup seeds- I use sunflower, but another kind would probably work.
1/4 cup grated carrot- I leave this out because I hate carrots.
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Put everything in a bowl and mix it up into a squishy bean glob. Make patties (usually 7 or 8)and freeze them. You can put wax paper between layers, but they usually stick to the wax paper too. I try to keep them from touching, but they usually end up sticking together- no big deal, put in micorwave for a few secs and pull them apart. When your ready to eat them, you can put in microwave for 3 min, flipping once during that time, or in oven for 10-15 min on each side. Cover in ketchup, mustard, whatever you like, and enjoy. =>

SO HOW'D IT GO?

These were amazing and going in my cookbook. For someone that is just starting to transition into being vegan this really helps. My 3 year old ate these up.
