SO HOW'D IT GO?

Okay, the first batch didn't turn out too good.  Crumbly and not very good.  I put some soy milk in the second batch and they turned out pretty well.  I also think the reason they didn't taste too great was the fact I used olive oil for the oil.  I'll definatly use vegetable next time :)

My dough turned out very crumbly, I don't know why.  Perhaps I need to add some extra applesauce like the other folks, though I didn't have anymore.  They're in the oven right now, so we'll see how they turn out.  They smell very yummy though!

i'm not sure if i somehow made a mistake or something, but i made these cookies at night and when i came back to them in the morning, they were already hard...maybe i rolled them too thin (I used cookie cutters)... I will try it again :)

P.S.  I also used extra applesauce because it seemed a little dry at first.

This recipe is truly yummy.  I had no trouble finding any of the ingredients and it tasted great!  Even my carnivourous (sp?) little sister liked them.  They taste extra yummy with the cinnamon mixed in and some sugar sprinkled on top.
The only problem is the batter was a little dry.  I put in some extra vanilla and a whole cup of applesauce.
