Yummy UN-refried Bean Dip

What you need: 

2 cups cooked beans, smashed (I use pinto beans)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water, more if dip is too thick
1/2 lime, juice of
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 chile, finely chopped (I use Anaheim chile)
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
pinch hot pepper flakes (I use packets from restaurants)
salt, to taste

What you do: 

1. In a bowl, combine beans, olive oil, water, and lime juice.
2. Stir in onion, parsley, chile, garlic, hot pepper flakes, and salt.
3. Warm slightly in the microwave, about 1 minute on high, to bring the temperature to just above room temperature. Serve with corn chips or whole wheat crackers.
