Yummy Waffles

What you need: 

2 cups of flour (white/wheat/combo)
1.5 cups soy milk
1 cup apple sauce
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoons oil oil

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together, will be thick. Spoon into a well oiled waffle iron and add frozen fruit.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Recipe was okay, made it for my kids and they devoured the waffles. The waffles looked a bit raw even after cooking for awhile. I added vanilla to sweeten the batter.
