I tired making these a few days ago.... something went wrong. Like one of the previous post my dough was also very stiff. Too stiff to work with, I ended up throwing it out actually.
I am so glad you posted this! I had my first Monte Cristo at the Blue Bayou at Disneyland. Greatest sandwich ever, most artery clogging too, but totally worth it!
