Before putting the chick peas and the tofu I fried a clove of garlic. I used yellow curry instead of the red and parsley instead of coriander. This was pretty average for me.

Quite good these burgers. I put cayene pepper instead of chili powder. Even though it took time, I was able to do everything without a food processor.
