Greeeat! These came out crispy, which was super nice. I made both, and I prefer them without chocolate chips. The peanut butter comes through a lot better that way.
Daaaah this is great! Even just the 35 minutes was perfect, and the apples are super soft. I only tried it out of the oven, but I can't wait to try it cold tomorrow morning. =)=)
These never get old. They tasted incredible the first time, and then when I replaced half the oil with applesauce, and then when I used a bit of peppermint extract.
This is my favourite cake I've ever made! I cut back on the sugar only a little, just to taste, and made a lemon buttercream frosting to top. The texture was fantastic as well.
