i´d really love  to try this. But I doubt i´ll find hickory bacon salt or liquid smoke anywhere in spain.  :-\
Has anyone any idea what i could use to replace those ingredients?

I forgot to mention that I didn´t use that much habanero pepper, because it´s too spicy for me.
A little piece of it was already enough for it.
