Instead of the nutritional yeast parmesan, I used some Daiya cheddar underneath the vegetables. The sauce comes out pretty much exactly like pizza sauce tastes, and overall the pizzas were good.
since it's not really clear by the directions how much of what is in here, it's hard to say there's not enough sauce, but as I made it, there wasn't enough seasoning/sauce.
very rich, creamy, savory, and thick. Because of how thick it gets, I had to keep a close eye on it to prevent it from burning (some still did, but was still delicious).
I liked the faux chicken part, but I didn't have vegan fish sauce. I think it needed more soy sauce for marinating (but this could just be due to the absence of the fish sauce).
