faunablues added a comment on the recipe Potato Pizzas:
Instead of the nutritional yeast parmesan, I used some Daiya cheddar underneath the vegetables. The sauce comes out pretty much exactly like pizza sauce tastes, and overall the pizzas were good.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Pumpkin Spice Cake:
very easy, very moist! I made muffins out of it and baked it for ~25 minutes.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Simple Spicy Sesame Mashed Potatoes:
somewhat lemony, lightly spiced. A nice alternative to regular ole mashed potatoes. The sesame flavor isn't strong, since it's only the seeds.

Unbridled awesomeness.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Mel's Cold Soba Noodle Salad:
Pretty good. It was kind of sweet/salty/tart, and wasn't too heavily seasoned, which is good.

Simple, heavy deliciousness.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Peggy's Easy Peanut Sauce:
Sure was easy. The curry paste and ginger were just barely there, not spicy at all. The ratio of creamy:salty:sweet was perfect; I didn't need to add anything.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Easy Thai Sautéed Tofu:
I used massamun curry paste, and it worked out pretty well. The tofu gets pretty firm, and the curry flavor is very permeating.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Tofu in Ketjap & Peanut Sauce:
More peanut butter-y than I expected. It seemed like maybe a lot of ginger/galangal for the amount of tofu, but I think the peanut butter and ketjap really mellowed it out; it's pretty mild.
faunablues added a comment on the recipe Green Beans in Peanut Sauce:
A bit spicier than I expected (I guess that extra tsp of ginger really goes a long way).
