Hi Animaluver! With this recipe and the Grain Meat Co.'s Italian sausage, I haven't had a problem with the sausage getting soggy. I just slice it, then brown it in a skillet.
;)b This was soo good! I ended up using carob powder instead of cocoa powder and coconut milk ice cream in place of soy, and it came out really well. It was really quick and easy, too.
