I shall call these strange creations 'mookies'. The texture was not at all what I would have expected from a cookie recipe (bearing in mind, cookies are a relatively new thing for me).
My bad. It's a superb idea! I hardly did it justice. Not on purpose... my pizza base kinda failed. And I shouldn't'a used creamed corn instead of whole kernel. Meh.
The last time I made this, my sauce seemed kinda runny, so I warmed it on the stove... and very quickly it became too thick. Which left the pizzas a bit dry (but still tasty). Be careful of that. ;)
