I used a Tbsp. of dried rosemary and it was way too much. The author probably meant fresh rosemary. Adjust accordingly.

Almost too good to be true. You can do this in one saucepan though. Just add the rice, lentils and 4 cups of water, or broth, to the caramelized onion.

Made this without adjustment and enjoyed it. In the future I'll chop up some fresh pineapple to make it more flavorful and throw in some ginger.
