DELICIOUS. I used half a cup of Blue Bonnet light and half a cup of Earth Balance. Tasted great and was super easy to make.

Oh, I also used vanilla almondmilk instead of soy.

Meh. Not impressed. Crumbly and tasted more like a thin cake instead of gooey brownies. Won't make again.
